The trick to that is to stick to lots of low-fat, no fat foods, which, if you’re living in the real world, does not work too well on a daily basis. Drinking the water that is recommended is not too hard as long as you keep a bottle near you at all times. Doing so prevents you from choosing some other form of liquid when you’re thirsty.
