Weight loss programme for women age 40 plus?

Hi there,
I’ve already lost 30kg…from the “shock & trauma diet” after a very sudden separation/divorce. I am slimmer for the first time in my life! And I have a wonderful new partner.
But do you think I can lose the last 10kg? NO! Any tips and/or advice regarding diet & exercise would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Choose whole foods over processed foods. Fresh, frozen and canned foods can be good choices. The key is to read ingredient lists to make sure that you aren’t getting highly processed and artificial ingredients. You can also avoid extra salt, fat and sugar by choosing foods without these added ingredients.
